You were folding laundry. Or driving to the grocery store. Or standing in the shower before anyone else was awake. It was nothing, really – and then it was something. A thought landed that you couldn’t put back: I don’t feel like myself.
You didn’t say it out loud. You added it to the list of things to deal with later.
From the outside, everything is working. On the inside, there’s a tiredness underneath the tiredness, and it isn’t responding to more sleep, more coffee, or more discipline.

Morgan is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems, with attachment-based, trauma-informed care and specialized certification in women’s sexual, maternal, and perinatal mental health (PMH-C).
That combination matters because women’s experiences don’t fit into a single compartment. Sexuality is braided into identity. Motherhood is braided into the body. Relationships are braided into the nervous system. You can’t pull one thread without the others moving.
Morgan works with all of the threads at once. We look at the whole system: your nervous system, your emotional history, your sense of self in this season of your life, and the relationships that either support what you’re doing or quietly drain it. We don’t work on the symptom. We work on what the symptom is protecting.

A pregnancy that was supposed to feel one way and feels another. A postpartum season that didn’t end when the books said it would. Sexual pain or a change in intimacy that feels isolating because nobody talks about it. An anxiety that’s been around so long it feels like personality. A marriage that is fine on paper and lonely in practice. A sense that you’ve been the reliable one for so long, you’ve forgotten what reliability to yourself even feels like.
Some women come in during a rupture. Some come in during a quiet. Both count.
You don’t have to have the language for what’s happening before you come in. That’s partly what the work is for.
You wake up, and the volume of the internal criticism is lower. You notice what your body is telling you and take it as information, not as failure. You say a smaller yes and a clearer no. You recognize the woman in the car window again.
A hard week still happens. A hard month still happens. They no longer take you out the same way.
Imagine moving forward feeling more connected and at home with yourself.
