Outpatient Mental Health Therapists

Join our team of Mental Health & Wellness professionals

LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMHCs, LSWs, LPs, and pre-licensed therapists strongly encouraged to apply.

Now that we’ve settled into our beautiful new office space, we have room for a few more mental health practitioners to join our transdisciplinary team of LMFTs, LPCs, LCSWs, provisionally licensed and master’s level therapists, and interns. With a consistently high demand for our services, our waiting list has averaged 90 people over the last four years and we are trying to work that down!

If you're a therapist who is motivated to maximize your income while working with our incredible team, we have the opportunity for you. We specialize in systemic experiential therapies, particularly Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT, which is now EFCT, EFiT, and EFFT), as we work with couples, individuals, kids, adolescents, and families, and we have a particular interest in therapists experienced and/or interested in attachment oriented therapies, EFT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and/or DBT, and in treating infidelity, sexual issues, trauma, personality disorders, narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, grief, eating disorders, and/or ADHD. Relocation stipends are available for those outside the area.

At RRT, we offer an unmatched work environment, a competitive salary, and a range of benefits designed to support and reward our therapists. We prioritize the well-being of our providers, recognizing that their success is essential to delivering exceptional care to our clients. We take a different approach from most practices, ensuring that our therapists can provide their best by generally limiting their scheduled client load to no more than 7 per day. Collaboration and integrative care are at the core of our practice, with regular training and peer consultation fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and support.
