Break Free from Toxic Cycles—Reclaim Your True Self

Are you done feeling like you’re constantly apologizing for problems you didn’t cause, walking on eggshells around someone else’s emotional landmines, and questioning your own reality? If you’ve been subjected to manipulation, gaslighting, or narcissistic abuse, you know the devastating toll these dynamics can take: eroding your sense of self, isolating you from supportive relationships, and leaving you to wonder who you really are beneath the blame and confusion.

I’ve walked this painful road myself. As both a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Therapist and a survivor of narcissistic abuse, I understand firsthand the heartbreak, chaos, and self-doubt these relationships create. That’s precisely why I developed the 2-Day Intensive for Narcissistic Abuse and Toxic Relationship Recovery—a deeply personal, highly focused experience designed to help you break free from destructive cycles, heal the wounds they left behind, and rediscover your own power, purpose, and voice.

Over the course of two days, we’ll peel back the layers that have kept you stuck—exploring harmful beliefs, identifying unhealthy patterns, and learning practical tools to protect your well-being long after the Intensive ends. You’ll leave feeling clarified, validated, and equipped to forge a path forward that truly honors who you are and what you need.

Whether your toxic relationship stems from a long-term partnership, a manipulative family dynamic, a work relationship, business partnership, and/or repeated cycles of emotional abuse, we’ll customize our time together to address your specific history, triggers, and goals.

  4. Immediate, Lasting Impact
Walk away with renewed clarity about your patterns, concrete strategies for setting boundaries, and a personalized roadmap to maintain healthier relationships going forward.

  5. Flexible Format (In-Person or Virtual)
Join me at our inviting office in Mifflinburg, PA, for a retreat-like experience Monday through Friday, or opt for a virtual Intensive if accessibility or convenience is a priority. We’ll decide the best fit during your consultation.

What to Expect During the Two Days

Day One

  • 9:00am – 10:00am: Intake & Goal Setting
We’ll clarify your unique story—exploring your primary concerns and desired outcomes.

  • 10:00am – 11:30am: Deep-Dive Session
We’ll uncover how family-of-origin roles and past relationship experiences set the stage for toxic dynamics. This involves identifying emotional triggers, harmful beliefs, and the ways manipulation has shaped your day-to-day life.

  • 11:30am – 1:30pm: Break
Reflect and recharge. Use this time for a nourishing meal as well as journaling, mindful relaxation, or a peaceful walk to integrate what’s surfaced so far.

  • 1:30pm – 3:00pm: Mapping the Cycle & Exploring Your Role
Through guided exercises, we’ll visually map your relationship cycles—pinpointing exactly how and where things get stuck. By seeing this clearly, you can begin to disrupt these patterns and reclaim ownership of your reactions.

Day Two

  • 9:00am – 11:00am: Going Deeper & Establishing a Safe Connection with Yourself
We’ll dig into self-esteem rebuilding, boundary clarification, and cultivating a nurturing internal dialogue. Expect targeted practices, including guided meditations, deep breathing, and internal visualizations to solidify a healthy emotional foundation.

  • 11:00am – 1:00pm: Break
Use this period to rest, reflect, or engage in a healthy self-care activity (like a walk and a balanced meal) that supports continued emotional processing.

  • 1:00pm – 3:00pm: Establishing Safe Connections & Forging a Path Forward
We’ll reinforce your support system, share resources to maintain progress and prevent relapsing back into toxic dynamics, and craft a sustainable strategy for life beyond the Intensive. By the end, you’ll have practical steps and newfound inner confidence to move forward.
